Such a beautiful piece delivered with love and care. Thank you!

Great service so easy to order online. The recipient was so happy.

As always, she loved them!! Your shop never fails to impress!! Thank you

Very ez to work with, delivered as instructed n one of the most beautiful bouquets my wife has ever seen .. they were a surprise for our 45th anniversary as we were visiting Dana Point for a get away n the heat of Az, upon seeing them on the porch , she seemed puzzled as if what are these for, upon reading the card n knowing the flowers were for her , the whole experience brought tears to her eyes … a first I must say … the bouquet was called Coastal Mornings, an absolute hit to say the least.. thank you again!!

Excellent!

I was going to be out of the country on my friend's birthday, so I placed my order before leaving on May 17. I received an email confirmation stating that the flowers would be delivered on May 30, the requested delivery date.
Instead, the arrangement was delivered on May 23—an entire week early. To make matters worse, the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the arrangement pictured. The bouquet contained red flowers and did not include the lime green flowers featured in an arrangement called "Raspberry Lime Delight."
Then, on May 30, I received another email stating that the flowers had been delivered that day, even though they had actually been delivered a week earlier.
I have spent hundreds of dollars with this florist, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Between the incorrect delivery date, the inaccurate delivery notification, and the arrangement not matching what was ordered, I have lost confidence in their service. Unfortunately, I will not be using this florist again.

Updated Review:
Lindsey personally called me to apologize and explained that a replacement arrangement had been delivered on the correct date. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the second delivery because the recipient was contacted directly rather than me.
She also assured me that they would be reviewing their procedures to help prevent similar issues in the future. I truly appreciated her reaching out and her genuine effort to make things right. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made a positive impression, and I’m confident they will do an excellent job in the future.

The flower arrangement was beautiful, online purchase process was seamless and delivery was perfect. Business as usual for Mother Earth.
Thank you !

It is beautiful and smells wonderful!

Flowers were fresh and arranged beautifully.

I really appreciated that the flowers could be ordered and delivered in the same day. But the recipient said the flowers “looked a little dead” when they arrived. Mother Nature flowers contacted me and provided profound and exceptional customer service. New flowers were delivered promptly. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again in the future.

This lovely arrangement was delivered on time. Another job well done by Mother Earth Florist. It was greatly appreciated by the recipient.
Thank you, Lindsey, who has always been so helpful the arrangements I purchase, & any questions I have.

On time and BEAUTIFUL....!

Beautiful and was exactly like the online picture!

I would say the bouquet is picture worthy, but the picture does not justice. Absolutely wonderful staff and beautiful flowers. Thank you so much!

Beautiful!

Wonderful customer service and exquisite flowers. On time delivery and easy to work with.

The arrangement mother Earth did for us is absolutely beautiful. They were so easy to work with because we had already changed our arrangements with them twice, and they were extremely accommodating we would shop with them every time. Winthrop Massachusetts.
